If our flight is cancelled / delayed / or we miss it and we arrive at the hotel a day later, will we still be charged for the first night? Yes, you will be charged as we hold the room for you.

Cancelation: 21 days preor to arrival full refund otherways a 50% penalty is applied on the total amount of the reservation.

A booking is confirmed with us only if the following has occurred: you have paid a 30% deposit to our bank account and have received a confirmation number from us.

When is the balance due? Unless stated otherwise, in most cases at check-in.
